Official Training Day #1

Running: 60 mins Incline 2, Average speed 5-5.5

Strength training- total body, hypertrophy style (4 sets of ten- hack squats, incline leg press bla bla bla)

State of mind: Enthusiasm, Pride!!!

My left knee was bothering me so boxing class was out. Otherwise, let's see what tommorow brings...
