During May & June I'll be embarking on an intense training period as the triathlon date fast approaches. I'm excited about that.
During the next two weeks I'm not going to be at the gym, but rather I'll take time out to make peace with my body, maybe do a few body weight excercises. I'll be out of the country mostly & formal exercise won't be accessible to me in the same way. I look forward to May & June. I'll also start taking a dance class in a few weeks & I'm excited about that.
Otherwise, I'll be trying to update even before the 8 week training program beginz...Thank you all for your support!
